patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import,
and otherwise transfer the Work.
4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You

8. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall any Contributor be
liable to You for damages arising from the use of the Work.
9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
the Work, You may offer acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
or other liability obligations consistent with this License.

SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SECURITY MONITORING
1. Definitions.
"Security Monitoring" - Automated systems that verify compliance
with security policies and log security-relevant events.
"Security Bypass" - Any attempt to circumvent or disable Security
Monitoring components.
"Bypass Code" - Structured identifiers (SB-xxx) for categorizing
detected Security Bypass attempts.
"License Status" - VALID, INVALID, or UNKNOWN based on verification.
"Access Status" - ACTIVE or RESTRICTED based on security state.
2. Security Monitoring Consent.
By using the Work, You consent to Security Monitoring including:
- Automated security configuration verification
- Detection and logging of Security Bypass attempts
- VM hardening and network isolation verification
- Audit logging of security-relevant events
3. Security Bypass Detection.
The Work monitors using Bypass Codes:
SB-001-099: Network isolation bypasses
SB-101-199: Privilege escalation attempts
SB-201-299: Configuration bypasses
SB-301-399: Platform-specific violations
SB-401-499: Audit system tampering
SB-501-599: License verification bypasses
SB-901-999: Critical security violations
4. License Status Conditions.
VALID: All security checks pass - full access granted.
INVALID: Critical security checks failed - access may be restricted.
UNKNOWN: Status could not be determined.
5. User Responsibilities.
You agree to:
- Maintain security configurations as deployed
- Not intentionally trigger Security Bypass conditions
- Not remove or disable Security Monitoring components
- Respond to security alerts in a timely manner
6. Compliance Requirements.
The Work implements NIST SP 800-53 controls:
AC-3, AU-2, AU-6, AU-9, CM-6, SI-4
7. Termination.
Rights terminate if You persistently fail to maintain security
configurations or intentionally circumvent Security Monitoring.
